The capital of all artists remains the undisputed birthplace of my identity as a painter. I have not only intensely lived my student years in this city, but I have also acquired the technical basis for my profession here and felt my strongest aesthetic emotions in its maze of exhibitions and museums.

 

Metropolis and perpetual source of inspiration, excessive and always on the edge, the crossroads of nationalities and cultures by which the city is shaped. If it is not the city itself that is central to my painting, it is the inner experience and the visual transcript that I made from it.
